Vegetable Lontong Ingredients

  • Rice cake
  • 1 chayote
  • 1/2 board tempeh
  • 500ml KARA coconut milk
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lemongrass, crushed
  • A thumb of galangal
  • Salt, sugar
  • Boiled eggs

Ground spices

  • 1 tbsp ebi
  • 5 red onions
  • 4 garlics
  • 4 candlenuts
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 3 big red chilies
  • 8 red onions
  • 4 garlics
  • 3 candlenuts
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Method

  • • Sauteed Ground Spices, Bay Leaf, Lemongrass, &Amp; Galangal until fragrant, add water and coconut milk, cook until boiling, add all ingredients, cook until done, taste correction. Turn off the Fire.
  • • Sauteed Ground Spices, Lemongrass, Bay Leaves, Orange Leaves &Amp; Galangal until cooked, add chicken, coconut milk, water, cook until done, taste correction, add fried tofu, stir. Turn off the Fire.

Opor Material

  • 5 chicken thighs
  • 300ml KARA coconut milk
  • 750ml water
  • 1 lemongrass, crushed
  • A thumb of galangal
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Fried tofu

Presentation

  • Arrange on a plate of lontong pieces, vegetable lontong sauce, opor, eggs, add chili sauce and fried onions.
