Lontong Sayur Opor
Vegetable Lontong Ingredients
- Rice cake
- 1 chayote
- 1/2 board tempeh
- 500ml KARA coconut milk
- 1 liter of water
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lemongrass, crushed
- A thumb of galangal
- Salt, sugar
- Boiled eggs
Ground spices
- 1 tbsp ebi
- 5 red onions
- 4 garlics
- 4 candlenuts
- 1 cm ginger
- 3 big red chilies
- 8 red onions
- 4 garlics
- 3 candlenuts
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Method
- • Sauteed Ground Spices, Bay Leaf, Lemongrass, &Amp; Galangal until fragrant, add water and coconut milk, cook until boiling, add all ingredients, cook until done, taste correction. Turn off the Fire.
- • Sauteed Ground Spices, Lemongrass, Bay Leaves, Orange Leaves &Amp; Galangal until cooked, add chicken, coconut milk, water, cook until done, taste correction, add fried tofu, stir. Turn off the Fire.
Opor Material
- 5 chicken thighs
- 300ml KARA coconut milk
- 750ml water
- 1 lemongrass, crushed
- A thumb of galangal
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 3 lime leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- Fried tofu
Presentation
- Arrange on a plate of lontong pieces, vegetable lontong sauce, opor, eggs, add chili sauce and fried onions.
