Ingredients

  • 225 gr Spaghetti – LA FONTE @pastabisa
  • 4 large eggs (5 if small)
  • 250 gr ground beef
  • 65 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 5 tbsp La Fonte bolognese sauce @pastabisa
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 4 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 liter water, 2 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp salt (to boil pasta)
  • Sprinkled :
  • 50 gr grated cheddar cheese

How to make

  • 1. Bring water to a boil and add salt and oil, add spaghetti, cook until al dente, remove and drain.
  • 2. Preheat the oven to 180⁰ C.
  • 3. Heat the oil, fry the onions and garlic until fragrant, add the ground beef then stir - stir.
  • 4. Add salt, pepper and bolognaise sauce, cook while stirring, cook until cooked, remove and set aside.
  • 5. Beat the eggs, then pour into the spaghetti, mix well. Add grated cheese, mix well.
  • 6. Pour the spaghetti mixture into a 24 cm diameter pie pan that has been greased with margarine, smooth.
  • 7. Add on top of the meat mixture, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 8. Bake until cooked, the surface starts to look golden brown, about 30 - 45 minutes or depending on each oven.
  • 9. Remove and let cool slightly, then remove from the pan.
  • 10. Cut - cut and serve.
