Ingredients

  • 1 pack of chicken curry noodles @lemonilo
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 pc Carrot, cut into small dice (boil briefly)
  • 2 lbs cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 tg scallion, sliced
  • 1 tsp Mushroom broth
  • Pepper to taste

Method

  • 1. Boil the lemonilo noodles, not too soft, remove and set aside.
  • 2. Mix the eggs, all the noodle seasonings, pepper, mushroom and vegetable broth, mix well.
  • 3. Apply a little oil to the Teflon, pour the dough & smooth it out.
  • 4. Cook the bottom side until golden brown. Then slowly turn and cook again until cooked. Lift and serve.
