Ingredients

  • 500gr dory fish fillet
  • 1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • Sufficient dry parsley leaves
  • Sufficient cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

How to make

  • 1. Mix salt, pepper and garlic, mix well, set aside
  • 2. Coat the fish with lime juice and then coat with a mixture of salt and pepper all over the surface of the fish, sprinkle a little parsley, and finally coat the entire surface of the fish with cornstarch.
  • 3. Heat a non-stick pan that has been given oil, after it is hot, add the fish, roast over medium heat, tend to be low, turn and bake again until cooked (the surface of the fish is brownish yellow), remove and serve.
