Materials

  • 250 grams of white tuna
  • 2 bunches of basil leaves, pick the leaves
  • 2 spring onions, cut into 2 cm
  • tomato, chopped
  • 1 lime, squeeze the water
  • 10 pieces of red cayenne pepper, whole
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
  • 1 pandan leaf
  • 1 piece of turmeric leaf
  • enough water
  • powdered broth to taste
  • salt to taste
  • right amount of oil

Fine Seasoning (Blender)

  • 6 curly red chilies
  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 3 segments of turmeric
  • 2 grains of roasted hazelnut

How to make

  • 1. Fry the tuna, half dry (so it doesn't break easily) then remove and set aside
  • 2. Heat the oil, stir-fry ground spices, lemongrass, lime leaves, pandan leaves, turmeric leaves and red cayenne pepper until fragrant and cooked
  • 3. Enter the tuna, then add water, powdered broth and salt, stir well.. cook until the spices are absorbed
  • 4. Enter the basil leaves, scallions, tomatoes and lime juice.. stir well, cook again until the spices absorb
  • 5. check the taste, if it is right, remove and serve warm (don't make the seasoning sauce too dry)
