Ingredients for Sauteed Egg Tofu in Soy Sauce

  • 1 pc Silken tofu, cut into squares
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2.5 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 150 ml water

How to Make Sauteed Tofu Eggs in Soy Sauce

  • 1. Heat the oil, fry the tofu with the egg until it is quite dry, remove and drain.
  • 2. Saute garlic and spring onions (white part) until fragrant. Add tofu and sauce mixture.
  • 3. Cook until thickened, add the remaining scallions, stir and remove. Serve.
