How to make
1. Cook Miecassa until tender, remove and drain.
2. Mix it with the spices, then put it into the mini cone mold gradually while pressing. Let the noodles cool before removing from the mold.
3. Serve the tumpeng noodles with the complementary ingredients of fried chicken eggs, rawis omelette, potato cakes, sweet chicken sausage. Or other side dishes according to taste.
