Ingredients

  • 1 Piece of Miecassa (Moringa variant)
  • My Miecassa seasoning only uses 1/2 part + 1 tsp sweet soy sauce + 1 tsp chili sauce

Complementary

  • Egg fried chicken
  • Scrambled egg
  • Potato Cakes
  • Sweet and sour sausage

How to make

  • 1. Cook Miecassa until tender, remove and drain.
  • 2. Mix it with the spices, then put it into the mini cone mold gradually while pressing. Let the noodles cool before removing from the mold.
  • 3. Serve the tumpeng noodles with the complementary ingredients of fried chicken eggs, rawis omelette, potato cakes, sweet chicken sausage. Or other side dishes according to taste.
