Ingredient

  • 250 gr salted squid, wash, soak (30 minutes) and boil for a while
  • 100 gr young corn, cut into 4 lengthwise
  • 8 pcs green chilies, sliced ​​oblique
  • 4 pcs red chili, sliced ​​oblique
  • 5 pcs red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
  • Salt to taste, mushroom broth, sugar, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce

Method

  • Saute the onions until fragrant, add the chilies, young corn, add a little water.
  • Cook until the corn is slightly wilted, then add the salted squid, stir until smooth.
  • Add salt, mushroom broth, sugar, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce to taste. Stir well. Taste correction. Cook until well done.
  • Lift and ready to serve
