Ingredient

  • 500 grams of tuna fish fillet
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 7 cloves of sliced ​​red onion
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 piece of chopped ginger
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1/2 sliced ​​bell pepper
  • 1 sliced ​​tomato
  • 2 scallions, sliced ​​​​separate the white and green parts
  • 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp English soy sauce
  • 2 oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

Step

  • 1. I steal the tuna lime juice, let stand for a while. Rinse clean, cut according to taste.
  • 2. Melt butter, saute 1/2 cooked tuna, remove from heat.
  • 3. With skillet and remaining butter, sauté shallots, onions, garlic ginger, leek, sauté until fragrant, add paprika and all sauces, bring to a boil, add tomatoes and scallions, bring to a boil.
