Ingredient

  • 200 gr dory fish fillet
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely grated
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/3 pineapple, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • 1 scallion, sliced ​​oblique
  • 1 tsp cornstarch, mix a little water to thicken

Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Wet Coating Material

  • 1 Small Size Egg, Mix Into Fish

Dry Coating

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 6 tbsp high pro wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Mix all ingredients in a box

How to make

  • 1. Heat a lot of oil. Put the fish that has been coated with eggs into the box containing the flour mixture, close the box and shake.
  • 2. Fry the fish in hot oil until light brown, remove and drain. Do not turn off the stove fire. Wait about 3 minutes, then put the fish that has been fried earlier. Fry until golden brown. Lift and drain.
  • 3. Melt the margarine, add the grated garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, pour the sauce mixture, stir until it boils and explodes.
  • 4. Add in the paprika and onions, stir until the peppers are soft enough (don't overcook so they still have crunch). Pour in the cornstarch solution, stir.
  • 5. Enter the fish and spring onions, stir briefly, remove and serve while hot is better.
