Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Marinate the fish with the ingredients above and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
1 tbsp margarine
2 cloves of garlic, finely grated
1/4 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 green bell pepper, diced
1/3 pineapple, cut into squares
1 onion, cut into squares
1 scallion, sliced oblique
1 tsp cornstarch, mix a little water to thicken
Sauce Ingredients
3 tbsp pineapple juice
4 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp chili sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
50 ml water
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
Wet Coating Material
1 Small Size Egg, Mix Into Fish
Dry Coating
2 tbsp cornstarch
6 tbsp high pro wheat flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp mushroom stock
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix all ingredients in a box
How to make
1. Heat a lot of oil. Put the fish that has been coated with eggs into the box containing the flour mixture, close the box and shake.
2. Fry the fish in hot oil until light brown, remove and drain. Do not turn off the stove fire. Wait about 3 minutes, then put the fish that has been fried earlier. Fry until golden brown. Lift and drain.
3. Melt the margarine, add the grated garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, pour the sauce mixture, stir until it boils and explodes.
4. Add in the paprika and onions, stir until the peppers are soft enough (don't overcook so they still have crunch). Pour in the cornstarch solution, stir.
5. Enter the fish and spring onions, stir briefly, remove and serve while hot is better.
