  • 3 red onions

  • 2 large red chilies

  • 2 Sonkit oranges (take the water, you can replace it with vinegar)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 200ml water
  • 2 tbsp ABC Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • Oil for frying

How to cook

  • 1. Wash the fish thoroughly, add lime juice, add a little salt and pepper, coat well, (let stand 10 minutes)
  • 2. Fry the fish, until golden yellow, remove and drain
  • 3. Saute ginger until fragrant, add onion and garlic, stir-fry until golden
  • 4. Add water, add sauce, salt, sugar, and mushroom broth, mix well
