Ingredients

  • 500 grams of wet squid
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • powdered broth to taste
  • salt to taste
  • right amount of oil

Ijo Sambal Ingredients

  • 10 large green chilies
  • 20 pieces of green chili
  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red tomato, chopped

How to make

  • 1. Marinate the squid with sesame oil and 1 tsp of powdered broth.. mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes
  • 2. Saute the squid without oil until the water content comes out.. Remove and drain
  • 3. Coarsely blend the chilies and onions.. then set aside
  • 4. Heat the oil, stir fry the chilies and onions that have been in the blender.. saute until fragrant
  • 5. Enter the squid and tomato then add the powdered broth, and salt.. stir well and cook until the sambal is cooked (the oil comes out)
  • 6. check the taste, if it's just right.. lift and serve warm
