Green Chili Shells Ingredients

  • 250 gr Boiled Scallop Meat

Spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 gr green curly chili
  • 2 large green chilies

Other Seasonings

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • tbsp sugar
  • tsp ground pepper
  • 2 lbs lime leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to the number of ingredients used

How to Make Green Chili Shells

  • 1. Boil all the ground spices, then after they are soft, grind coarsely
  • 2. Sauté the spices with enough oil, add lemongrass and lime leaves, stir-fry until cooked
  • 3. Enter the boiled clam meat, stir evenly, add salt, sugar, mushroom broth and pepper powder, stir evenly
  • 4. Add a little water so that the spices are mixed well
  • 5. Let the water sit a little so that the spices seep in, correct the taste
  • 6. Ready to serve
