Sliced beef, to taste
Shrimp, to taste
5 pieces of cabbage, sliced
1 scallion, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Salt & sugar to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Enough water
Oil for frying

3 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
3 red chilies
3 hazelnuts

How to Make Aceh Noodles

1. Saute ground spices & curry spices until cooked, add meat, stir briefly then add water. Add salt, sugar, sweet soy sauce & pepper powder, stir. Cook until meat is tender.
2. Add shrimp & noodles, stir. Add cabbage, tomatoes, scallions & celery. Stir & cook until done.
