Ingredients

  • 4 Sheets of Bread
  • 2 Sheets of Cheese Slice
  • 2 Sheets of Smoked Beef, roast briefly
  • 6 lettuce leaves, thinly sliced
  • Adequate Sambal Sauce
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Margarine for sauteing

Omelet

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Carrot, grated or cut into matchsticks
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 scallion stalk, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients for the omelette, then cook until cooked, divide into 2 parts.
  • 2. Heat margarine, toast bread until both sides are browned.
  • 3. Take 1 piece of white bread, then put 1 piece of omelette on top, sprinkle it with sugar to taste. Spray topped with chili sauce and mayonnaise, add cheese slices, smoked beef and lettuce slices. Spray the top again with mayonnaise, then cover with 1 slice of bread. Do it until it runs out.
  • 4. Wrap the sandwich with parchment paper, then cut into 2 parts.
  • 5. Serve.
