Bean Potato Fried Sambal
Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes, cut into cubes, deep-fried
- 10 green beans, sliced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, or according to taste
- salt, mushroom broth
Ground spices
- 4 bawmer
- 4 bawput
- 10 red chilies
- 2 roasted hazelnuts
Method
- Sauté the ground spices until fragrant and oily, add the potatoes and beans. Add the spices, add a little water, cook until the water dries up and the spices are absorbed.
