Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes, cut into cubes, deep-fried
  • 10 green beans, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, or according to taste
  • salt, mushroom broth

Ground spices

  • 4 bawmer
  • 4 bawput
  • 10 red chilies
  • 2 roasted hazelnuts

Method

  • Sauté the ground spices until fragrant and oily, add the potatoes and beans. Add the spices, add a little water, cook until the water dries up and the spices are absorbed.
