Ingredients

Method

  • Fry the ground spices with oil, then add the coarse spices (I grind the coarse spices with a coarse chopper) and the cemplung spices, stir until fragrant and the spices appear separated from the oil.
  • put in the chicken, add a little water.. cover the pan, cook the chicken over low heat until the spices are completely absorbed (I cover it for 30-40 minutes over low heat)
