Javanese Sour Vegetable
Ingredient
- 4 pieces of long beans cut into 2
- 2 pieces of krai cut into 2
- 1/4 cabbage coarsely chopped
- 1 bunch kale
- 500 ml water
Spice
- 4 cloves of sliced red onion
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
- 2 segments of galangal
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 pieces of raw tamarind
How to Cook
- 1. Boil water after boiling add all spices except tamarind.
- 2. Add all raw vegetables and tamarind after boiling, taste test and turn off the stove.
- 3. Serve with chili paste and fried tempeh, very delicious.
