Ingredient

  • 1 handful of dry rice anchovies, fried
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 5 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 2 lime leaves
  • Pepper and sugar to taste

  • 5 sliced ​​red onions
  • 4 garlic slices
  • 3 big chilies

Method

  • 1. Sauté the spices that are coarsely ground, add the lime leaves and cayenne pepper. Cook until well done
  • 2. Enter the pepper and sugar, Saori oyster sauce, tomato sauce and spicy. Stir well
  • 3. Enter the squid, give a little water. Cook until the water is half reduced
  • 4. Enter the anchovies, cook again until the water shrinks, check the taste and serve
  • Nb: because the anchovies are already salty, I don't add salt
