Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. How to make spicy chicken broth
1. Roast spices such as candlenut, coriander, ginger, turmeric, then puree with onions and chilies
2. Put the spices into the pan, add the lime leaves, bay leaf, galangal and lemongrass (I ran out, so I skipped)
3. Add enough water (I used about 1 liter at the beginning) mix well and bring to a boil
4. After boiling, add the chicken pieces
5. Cook until the chicken is tender, if not tender, add more water (don't forget to adjust the taste by adding salt or sugar). After cooking for a long time, the chicken will release the oil by itself.
6. After the chicken is tender and the taste correction is okay, the spicy chicken broth is ready to be served with hot rice
