Ingredient

  • 350 gr skipjack tuna, fried
  • 8 cloves of red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
  • 2 cm chilies, crushed
  • 5 lime leaves
  • 5 pieces of cayenne pepper, puree
  • 8 pieces of curly chili, puree
  • 1 tomato, puree
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 handful of basil
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to make

  • 1. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add lemongrass, ginger and lime leaves, stir fry until slightly wilted.
  • 2. Enter the cayenne pepper and curly chili as well as the tomatoes that have been mashed, add salt, and sugar and cook until everything is cooked.
  • 3. Enter the fried skipjack tuna, add the scallions and basil. Stir well, until the fish is coated with spices. Turn off the fire
  • 4. Ready to serve.
