Ingredients

  • 2 pcs purple eggplant
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 pack all-purpose flour
  • Enough water
  • Right amount of oil

How to make

  • 1. Prepare in advance 2 pieces of eggplant peeled
  • 2. Cut the eggplant in the shape of a flower
  • 3. Mix water and salt
  • 4. Soak the eggplant for about 20 minutes
  • 5. Squeeze the water that absorbs into the eggplant
  • 6. Dip the eggplant in the flour
  • 7. Heat the oil and fry until golden brown.
  • 8. Lift and drain
  • 9. Serve with chili sauce
