Crispy Eggplant
Ingredients
- 2 pcs purple eggplant
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 pack all-purpose flour
- Enough water
- Right amount of oil
How to make
- 1. Prepare in advance 2 pieces of eggplant peeled
- 2. Cut the eggplant in the shape of a flower
- 3. Mix water and salt
- 4. Soak the eggplant for about 20 minutes
- 5. Squeeze the water that absorbs into the eggplant
- 6. Dip the eggplant in the flour
- 7. Heat the oil and fry until golden brown.
- 8. Lift and drain
- 9. Serve with chili sauce
