- 300 grams Baby kailan
- 6 cloves bawput (chopped)
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce / soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Enough water
- Salt to taste (for blanching kailan)
How to Make Baby Kailan Oyster Sauce / Chinese Broccoli With Oyster Sauce
- Heat water with enough salt, when it boils, add vegetables, blanch for a while, until vegetables are wilted, then soak in ice water, remove and drain
- Fry the garlic until cooked, then remove and drain
