Ingredients Baby Kailan Oyster Sauce / Chinese Broccoli With Oyster Sauce
300 grams Baby kailan
6 cloves bawput (chopped)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce / soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
Enough water
Salt to taste (for blanching kailan)
How to Make Baby Kailan Oyster Sauce / Chinese Broccoli With Oyster Sauce
Heat water with enough salt, when it boils, add vegetables, blanch for a while, until vegetables are wilted, then soak in ice water, remove and drain
Fry the garlic until cooked, then remove and drain
Heat the frying pan, you can add a little cooking oil, then add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, water & sesame oil, taste correction, cook briefly, remove from heat.
Arrange the kailan on a serving plate, then flush with sauce and sprinkle with fried onions, serve
