  • 300 grams Baby kailan
  • 6 cloves bawput (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce / soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Enough water
  • Salt to taste (for blanching kailan)

How to Make Baby Kailan Oyster Sauce / Chinese Broccoli With Oyster Sauce

  • Heat water with enough salt, when it boils, add vegetables, blanch for a while, until vegetables are wilted, then soak in ice water, remove and drain
  • Fry the garlic until cooked, then remove and drain
  • Heat the frying pan, you can add a little cooking oil, then add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, water & sesame oil, taste correction, cook briefly, remove from heat.
  • Arrange the kailan on a serving plate, then flush with sauce and sprinkle with fried onions, serve
