Ingredient

  • 3 Carrots, sliced ​​long
  • 1 Large Sausage, cut into rounds
  • 1 Bowl of Pipil Corn
  • 800 ml Water

Soup Seasoning

  • 3 Shallots, puree
  • 3 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Broth Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar

Chicken Balls

  • 250 gr Ground Chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Tapioca
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Powder

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients for the chicken balls, mix well, then fry until cooked. Set aside.
  • 2. Sauté the garlic and shallots that have been mashed until fragrant. Add 800 ml of water.
  • 3. Enter the carrots, leave until the carrots are tender, then add the corn and sausage.
  • 4. Season with salt, powdered stock, ground pepper, sugar (adjust to taste, it doesn't have to be the same).
  • 5. Finally add the chicken balls, bring to a boil again. Lift.
