Brenebon Soup Ingredients

  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 small stick of cinnamon
  • 1 pc deaf
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, bunch
  • Salt, sugar to taste, powdered broth if you like

Ground spices

  • 12 btr bwg red
  • 8 pcs white bwg
  • 1/2 btr nutmeg
  • 1 tsp pepper

  • finely sliced ​​celery
  • fried onion

How to Make Brenebon Soup

  • 1. Boil the ribs for a while, discard the cooking water, wash clean
  • 2. Boiled red beans for a while, discard the water
  • 3. Sauté ground spices, deaf, cinnamon, cloves, scallions, celery until fragrant
  • 4. Add water, add red beans, ribs, salt, sugar, cook on low heat until everything is tender, add carrots, boil briefly until carrots are cooked, taste correction, serve.
