Donut Ingredients

  • 350 grams of high protein flour
  • 100 grams of medium protein flour
  • 50 grams of white glutinous rice flour
  • 11 grams instant yeast
  • 2 grams bread improver
  • 2 grams of baking powder
  • 25 grams of white full cream milk powder
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 6 grams of emulsifier /sp
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 115 ml liquid milk uht
  • 150 ml ice water
  • 60 grams of margarine
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 4 grams of salt

How to make

  • 1. Mix all dry ingredients, mix well. Add egg yolks, sp, liquid milk and ice water, knead until well blended.
  • 2. Add margarine and butter, knead until half smooth, add salt, knead the dough until smooth. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  • The dough is ready to be made.

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 300 grams minced beef
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 medium size onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cm ginger, bruised
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 20 grams of white sesame, toasted
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 spring onions
  • 50 ml water

Sprinkling Ingredients

  • Egg white and sesame to taste

How to Make Stuffing

  • 1. Sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant, add the meat, stir-fry until it changes color, add all the ingredients except the sesame and scallions, add the last one just before lifting. Set aside.
  • 2. Take the dough donut weigh as much as 40 grams, round and flatten. Give 1 1/2 tablespoons of stuffing, flatten round again and rest for 45 minutes.
