1. Clean the button mushrooms, bean sprouts, chili and tomatoes
2. Thinly slice the onion, garlic and chili. For the tomatoes, divide into 6 parts
3. Heat the oil. Sauté the red onion, garlic, and chilies until fragrant and wilted. If it's wilted, add the sauteed tomatoes for a while, add the mushrooms. It's been about 2 minutes, enter the bean sprouts.
4. Add about 50 milliliters of water
5. Stir fry briefly, add chicken stock, oyster sauce and salt to taste
