Ingredient

  • 500 gr prawns
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind, soak in water, 100 ml, knead and remove the dregs.
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • Cayenne pepper (if you like it spicy)
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • Salty soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Sugar

The method

  • 1. Wash the prawns with the back, remove the dirt, leaving the tail and head
  • 2.In a bowl, enter the tamarind water, garlic, salt, pepper,
  • Marinate the oyster sauce for 15 minutes.
  • 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil then add the marinated prawns. Cook until boiling, then add the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and sugar.
  • 4. Cook until thickened, add cayenne pepper then remove and serve
