Ingredient

  • – Potatoes 2 pieces diced, washed and soaked in water, drain and fry
  • - Medan anchovies, fried
  • – Pete to taste
  • – ground red chili 3 tbsp
  • – Minced red onion 3 tbsp
  • - Tomato 1 pc small cut
  • - Sugar and salt to taste
  • - Enough boiled water

How to Cook

  • - Saute onions and chilies until fragrant, add tomatoes, sugar, and salt, stir fry for a while, add a little water and bananas, cook again until slightly thick and the bad smell disappears
  • - Enter the potatoes and anchovies stir until blended, remove and serve
