Ingredients

  • 260 gr High Protein Flour
  • 4 gr Instant Yeast
  • 30 gr sugar
  • 2 g Salt
  • 180 ml (Liquid Milk+1 Egg)
  • 30 gr Butter

Burger Stuffing

  • Omelet (4 Eggs)
  • 4 Cheese Slices
  • Lettuce leaves to taste
  • Sliced ​​Tomato and Cucumber, to taste
  • Mayonnaise and chili sauce to taste

Complementary

  • Nori, for the eyes and nose
  • Slice cheese for the nose and ears of the bear character, cut into 8 small rounds, leave 4 pieces round, cut 4 pieces into 2 for the ears

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, instant yeast, sugar, mix well. Enter the mixture of milk, eggs (see the consistency of the dough, if it feels enough stop so that the dough is not too mushy). Knead until combined.
  • 2. Add butter and salt, knead until elastic.
  • 3. Weigh the dough, for bear characters @ 55gr, ears @ 8gr. Buny @40gr, ear @7gr (more or less yes).
  • 4. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and has been given a ring (the ring is smeared with thin margarine) and rest the dough for 45-50 minutes until it has doubled in size. Don't forget to cover the dough so that the surface of the dough doesn't dry out.
  • 5. Oven at 180'C for 20 minutes, adjust to each oven.
  • 6. Once cooked, let it cool on a cooling rack and then remove it from the ring.
  • 7. Split the cooked bread, fill with omelet, lettuce, cheese, tomato and cucumber slices, spray with chili sauce and mayonnaise. Glue the chopped cheese and nori for the eyes and nose.
  • 8. Character burger is ready to be served.
