200 gr spinach, sliced (from 1 bunch of spinach)
230 gr milk tofu (4 small pieces)
2 eggs
3 pcs white onion, puree
5 pcs red onion, puree
4 tbsp / 70 gr wheat flour
3 tbsp / 60 gr sago flour
2 tbsp / 30 gr rice flour
Salt, stock powder, pepper
1 tsp onion powder (optional)
How to make
1. Mix all the ingredients together, add flour if necessary.. but not too much.. make sure to drain the spinach until it's dry enough, so there's not much water, because it affects the addition of flour..
2. Round the dough using your hands or with the help of 2 spoons (if using a spoon it won't be round), fry in hot oil over medium heat, serve warm
