Ingredient

  • 170 gr enoki mushrooms
  • 10 beef slices

Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger water (from 1 segment of grated ginger)
  • Mix all the ingredients above
  • Enough water

Sprinkled

  • Leek
  • Red chili
  • Sesame

How to make

  • 1. Take enough enoki mushrooms and roll them with beef slices.
  • 2. Heat a little oil in Smart Pan @steincookware, arrange beef enoki roll, cook and flip until the meat changes color, remove and set aside to the edge of the pan.
  • 3. Remove the oil in the pan and leave a little bit, pour the sauce mixture, add a little water, add the enoki roll, cook until the meat is cooked and immediately removed.
  • 4. Arrange the enoki rolls on a serving plate, pour the sauce, sprinkle with spring onions, sliced ​​chilies and sesame seeds.
