Beef Enoki Roll
Ingredient
- 170 gr enoki mushrooms
- 10 beef slices
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger water (from 1 segment of grated ginger)
- Mix all the ingredients above
- Enough water
Sprinkled
- Leek
- Red chili
- Sesame
How to make
- 1. Take enough enoki mushrooms and roll them with beef slices.
- 2. Heat a little oil in Smart Pan @steincookware, arrange beef enoki roll, cook and flip until the meat changes color, remove and set aside to the edge of the pan.
- 3. Remove the oil in the pan and leave a little bit, pour the sauce mixture, add a little water, add the enoki roll, cook until the meat is cooked and immediately removed.
- 4. Arrange the enoki rolls on a serving plate, pour the sauce, sprinkle with spring onions, sliced chilies and sesame seeds.
