Materials

  • 2 pieces of ungkep chicken (check ungkep seasoning at #dbi_bumbuungkepayam)
  • 1 bunch of basil leaves, pick the leaves
  • 25 grams of melinjo leaves, cut
  • 1 spring onion, cut into 2 cm
  • Less water
  • Powdered broth to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Right amount of oil

Ground spices

  • 12 green chilies
  • 10 pieces of red chili

How to make

  • 1. Fry the chicken until dry and cooked
  • 2. Heat the oil, fry the ground spices until fragrant and cooked
  • 3. Enter the melinjo leaves, basil leaves and spring onions
  • 4. Add water, broth powder and salt.. Stir well
  • 5. Add the fried chicken, stir and cook until the spices are absorbed
  • 6. Check the taste, if it's just right.. Remove and serve
