Ingredients

  • 5 long long beans, cut into pieces, boiled
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
  • Salt, mushroom broth, brown sugar, water to taste

The method

  • 1. Clean the chicken heart, liver and gizzard then drain. Boil in boiling water until cooked. Remove rinse with clean water. Drain well
  • 2. Saute the onions until fragrant, add the sliced ​​chilies, mix well, add the chicken heart stew, gizzard liver, mix well
  • 3. Pour enough water, add salt, mushroom broth, brown sugar, sweet soy sauce & long bean stew, mix well. Cook until the spices absorb
  • 4. Enter the chopped scallions, stir briefly to taste correction. Lift ready to serve
