Ingredient

  • Dry flour:
  • 6 tbsp wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • Powdered broth to taste

Sweet and Sour Sauce

  • onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • carrot, peeled and sliced ​​lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • tsp sweet soy sauce
  • 75 ml water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch solution water
  • Powdered broth to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Right amount of oil

How to make

  • 1. Mix the tuna with the beaten egg.. Mix well
  • 2. Roll into dry flour, stir until smooth.. Then fry in hot oil until dry and cooked.. Remove and set aside
  • 3. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.. Then add the carrots, stir-fry until wilted
  • 4. Enter the water, then add the chili sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, broth powder and salt.. Stir well
  • 5. Check the taste, if it's just right.. Add the cornstarch solution.. Stir until it thickens
