Ingredient

  • 1 tempeh board, cut into pieces
  • 10 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 segment of galangal, geprek
  • Salt & brown sugar to taste
  • 1 tbsp reboned prawns
  • 65 ml thick coconut milk
  • Enough water
  • Oil for frying

Ground spices

  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 hazelnuts

How to make

  • Saute ground spices & rebon shrimp until cooked, add water.
  • Enter the bay leaf, galangal, salt & brown sugar, stir.
  • After boiling, add the tempeh, green chilies & coconut milk, stir.
  • Cook until well done.
