Ingredient

  • 300 gr chicken breast filet, cut into pieces
  • 2 pcs potato cut into 2
  • Marinade seasoning:
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Chicken Flour Ingredients

  • - instant crispy flour
  • - egg whites

Stir-fry Seasoning

  • 1 pc onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 6 pcs curly chili
  • If you like spicy, you can use cayenne pepper
  • 4 tbsp Bulgogi Sea Salt sauce @uncle.soe_secret

Method

  • - fry potatoes set aside
  • - wash the chicken then marinate with the spices, let stand 30 minutes
  • - Dip the chicken into the flour then the egg white, then the flour again and fry until cooked set aside
  • - stir-fry the onion and chili, add the other spices and a little water..
  • Then add the bulgogi sauce.
  • - mix well, add chicken & potatoes, stir and serve warm
