Ingredient

  • 200 gr beef, to taste then cut
  • 1 large leek
  • 1 pc lime

Spice

  • 1/2 clove of onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 1 handful of green chili
  • tsp ground pepper
  • tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp beef broth to taste
  • 6 lbs lime leaves, torn

Method

  • 1. Boil the meat for a while then discard the boiled water, and wash for a while
  • 2. Boil water in a different container, then add the meat and boil until the meat is tender
  • 3. Saute onions, garlic, lime leaves that have been torn apart and green cayenne pepper until wilted, then drain from the oil
  • 4. Enter the stir-fried onions into the meat stew, add salt, sugar, ground pepper, powdered broth, let it simmer until the spices are absorbed and the meat is getting softer
  • 5. While it will be lifted, add the spring onions and lime juice (you can adjust the tamarind).
