Ingredient

  • 1 fresh tuna (or pindang tuna)
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
  • 2 segments of galangal, geprek
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt & sugar to taste
  • 1 lime
  • Oil for frying

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 6 red chilies
  • 1 segment of turmeric
  • A little shrimp paste

How to make

  • 1. Coat the tuna with lime juice, let stand 20 minutes, then rinse. Steamed until cooked, remove then shredded. (If you use pindang cob, you don't need to steam it, just shred it).
  • 2. Saute ground spices until cooked, give a little water, stir. Enter the lemongrass, galangal, bay leaf, lime leaves, salt and sugar, stir. Add the cobs, stir and cook until the water is reduced and the spices are absorbed.
