Ingredients

  • 2 eggplants, cut into pieces
  • 50 gr Papaya Shrimp (Rebon Shrimp)
  • 4 green chilies
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Salt, mushroom broth to taste

Ground spices

  • 15gr dried chili from @edelweiss_umbuindo
  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic

Making Steps

  • • Soak the rebon prawns in hot water, after they are cold, wash them and drain them
  • Saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked, when the oil is released, add the eggplant, add brown sugar, salt, mushroom broth, mix well, cover. When it is half cooked, add the prawns and green chilies, cover again and cook until the eggplant is cooked and the spices are absorbed. Ready to be served
