Ingredients

  • 500gr beef cut into squares (I use deep hash)
  • 1 carrot cut into squares
  • 1 potato cut into squares
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1 stalk celery sliced
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter/margarine
  • 1 tsp beef broth if you like
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes SPICE @sourcepangan rejeki

Method

  • 1. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Allow 15 min. Fry the meat until it changes color. Lift
  • 2. In the same pan, saute the onions and garlic until fragrant. Put the meat back in. Stir well.
  • 3. Add flour, stir until smooth. Add butter, stir again.
  • 4. Enter the stock powder, sugar, salt, pepper. Stir well.
  • 5. Pour water to cover the stir fry.
  • 6. Cook over low heat until tender. When the water is almost gone and the beef is not tender, add the water again.
  • 7. After almost tender, add the vegetables. Cook until vegetables are soft.
  • 8. 5 minutes before serving, add the parsley. Cook again. Serve warm.
