Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg chicken

Dry flour ingredients

  • 1/2 Bks of Kobe Centuky Flour
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Dye

  • 50 ml liquid milk
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Sambal ingredients

  • 10 cayenne pepper
  • 6 onions
  • Lime
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • Hot oil
  • Salt

Method

  • 1. Wash the chicken until clean, add lime juice and salt, put it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes
  • 2. Put the chicken into the dip then coat with dry flour, while kneading "slowly"
  • 3. Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
  • 4. Mix all the chili ingredients that have been sliced, except the hot oil, mix well to mix well. Lastly add hot oil.
  • 5. Pour the chili sauce onto the fried chicken, geprek.
