Ingredients for Chicken Wings

  • – 1 kg chicken wings, cut into 2 or 3 parts
  • – 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • – 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • – 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • – 4 tbsp honey
  • – 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • – 1 tbsp pepper
  • – 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • – 1 tsp broth powder
  • – 1/2 tsp salt

How to Chicken Wings

  • - wash the chicken
  • - prepare a bowl, mix all the ingredients together with the chicken, mix well
  • - leave in the refrigerator overnight (not the freezer)
  • - then arrange on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 heat up and down
  • (Adjust your own oven)
  • - while checking and turning the chicken over if one side is browned
  • - ready to be served with fried potatoes / rice, don't forget the chili mayonnaise sauce
