Kale Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 500 gr chicken
  • 200 gr cabbage
  • enough coconut milk
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 lbs of lime leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 1 segment of galangal
  • Sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste.

Ground spices

  • 7 cloves of red onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 1 small segment of turmeric
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp fine coriander
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

How to make

  • 1. Boil the chicken briefly, discard the water. Set aside.
  • 2. Saute ground spices, lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal until fragrant, pour enough water.
  • 3. Enter the chicken, sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste, cook until the chicken is tender and cooked.
  • 4. Enter the cabbage, scallions and tomatoes, cook briefly. Pour coconut milk. Stir until well blended.
  • 5. Cook until boiling, remove from heat and ready to serve.
