Long Cheese Potato
ingredients
- – 500 gr potatoes, steamed, mashed
- - 150 gr cornstarch
- - 100 gr grated cheddar cheese
- – 1 tbsp dry parsley (can substitute oregano/celery)
- - salt & pepper to taste
How to make
- - Mix all ingredients, stir until smooth. Taste correction
- - take enough dough, roll lengthwise (if it's faster, roll out the dough, then cut it lengthwise)
- - Fry until golden brown
- - drain, give toppings according to taste
