ingredients

  • – 500 gr potatoes, steamed, mashed
  • - 150 gr cornstarch
  • - 100 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • – 1 tbsp dry parsley (can substitute oregano/celery)
  • - salt & pepper to taste

How to make

  • - Mix all ingredients, stir until smooth. Taste correction
  • - take enough dough, roll lengthwise (if it's faster, roll out the dough, then cut it lengthwise)
  • - Fry until golden brown
  • - drain, give toppings according to taste
