What Are Longevity Noodles?

Ingredient

  • 150 gr dry egg noodles
  • 4 red onions, finely sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 gr Chicken fillet, cut into small dice
  • 4 pcs beef meatballs medium size, thinly sliced
  • 100 gr Shrimp, clean & remove the head
  • 100 gr Caisim, cut into 2
  • 100 gr Cabbage, coarsely sliced
  • Pepper powder, to taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Mushroom Broth, to taste
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalks spring onion, sliced ​​oblique
  • Water to boil
  • Cooking oil

Complementary

  • 10 boiled quail eggs, peeled and soaked in warm boiled water + red dye for 30 minutes, drain
  • Fried onion

How to make

  • 1. Bring water to a boil, add 1/2 tbsp of oil. Boil egg noodles until 3/4 cooked, drain. Put the noodles in a bowl, add the sweet soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well. set aside
  • 2. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add red onion, saute until fragrant
  • 3. Enter the chicken meat, stir until the chicken changes color. Add beef meatballs and shrimp, stir until the shrimp changes color. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, ground pepper and mushroom broth, mix well
  • 4. Enter the caisim and cabbage, add a little water, mix well. Cook until the vegetables are cooked
  • 5. Enter the noodles that have been mixed with sweet soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well. Taste correction. Cook until all cooked. Add sliced ​​scallions just as they are about to be removed.
  • Arrange on a serving plate, add fried shallots on top and quail eggs. Serve warm more delicious.
