Ingredients

  • 250 gr chicken breast fillet
  • 5 sausages
  • 2 medium sized carrots
  • 1 scallion thinly sliced
  • 2 pieces of red bw thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of white Bw in thin slices
  • 5 medium size tomatoes
  • Celery leaves
  • enough Mrica
  • Salt to taste
  • Mushroom seasoning to taste

How to make

  • 1. Clean the chicken fillet, boil and then shred
  • 2. Cut the sausage into matchsticks
  • 3. Cut the carrots into matchsticks
  • 3. Bring the chicken stock to a boil, add the tomatoes, boil for a while then squeeze, take the juice
  • 4. Add carrots, chicken and sausage
  • 5. Heat the margarine, saute the white onions until fragrant.
  • 6. Add mrica, salt, and mushroom seasoning
  • 7. Adjust the taste and serve
