Ingredient

  • – spring onions, sliced
  • – salt, broth powder, pepper to taste

Method

  • - wash the chicken, and boil it until it boils
  • - then discard the cooking water and wash the chicken again
  • - boil the chicken again, the water is calculated for the gravy, boil it, add the whole celery
  • - In a frying pan, saute garlic until fragrant
  • - add the stir-fried spices to the chicken stew
  • - add salt, powder broth, pepper to taste
  • - after the chicken starts to soften, add carrots, quail eggs, meatballs, green onions
