Ingredient

  • 2 packs of tempeh 800ngr
  • 1 pack chicken bolognese pasta sauce
  • 3 cm galangal
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil for frying

Seasoning Ground

  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 4 red onions
  • 6 large red chilies
  • 1/2 pack of shrimp paste

How to make

  • 1. Slice the tempeh into small pieces lengthwise then fry briefly until it changes color. Remove and set aside.
  • 2. Heat the oil and fry the ground spices together with galangal, lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant.
  • 3. Enter the pasta sauce, water and sugar stir until blended. Then taste correction.
  • 4. Enter the tempeh and cook until well blended. Lift and serve.
