Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. 1. Wash the mushrooms and eggplant, then shred the mushrooms and sprinkle them with all-purpose flour and mix well (leave for ±15 minutes)
For the eggplant, slice it thinly and then make a wet dough using a sufficient amount of all-purpose flour and given enough water.. Put the eggplant that has been sliced thinly into the wet mixture and then into the dry flour (leave for ±15 minutes)
2. After 15 minutes, fry the mushrooms and eggplant until golden brown
3. Slice the garlic. Onions, chilies and spring onions
4. Sauté the sliced ingredients except the leeks or scallions. Saute until fragrant and change color
5. Add chicken stock, salt and sugar (optional)
6. Fry until the salt is dissolved
Then add the crispy mushrooms and fried eggplant
7. Finally, add the scallions. Cook until the onions are wilted
